The products that are visible to you are uploaded based on your profession selected in your settings – and you can select/deselect professions as you need them.
A good tip is to keep your profession selection to a minimum to avoid search results being too long and varied. Another is to use key words that best describe your product – a simple but effective way to reduce the size of a search results list.
